Half ribs from Nagano pork back.
The ribs are smoked gently, not too much, so as not to erase the flavors and quality of the meat.
Instructions :
- Thermo circulator: - Heat the device to 165-180°F, place the sachet in the water. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
- Stovetop: - Bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium once it starts simmering. Place the bag in the water for 15-20 minutes.
- Brush the ribs with Kansas sauce and put in the oven at 400f for 3 minutes max. (the sauce changes color slightly and sticks to the ribs).
You can grill them on a hot grill (BBQ). There is a risk of drying out your meat.
