Each liter of béchamel sauce contains 800g of cheddar cheese. Smooth and rich.

Instructions :
- Thermo circulator: - Heat the device to 165-180°F, place the sachet in the water. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
- Stovetop: - Bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium once it starts simmering. Place the bag in the water for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook your pasta (100-125g) beforehand and drain it well to avoid diluting the sauce.
After thoroughly heating your sauce, pour it into a pan over medium heat and then toss the pasta in it. Heat through and stir until smooth. Enjoy!
