A béchamel sauce with cheddar cheese!!
Each liter of béchamel sauce contains 800g of cheddar cheese. Smooth and rich.
As a side dish, as a sauce, as a starter or as a main course.

Instructions :
- Thermo circulator: - Heat the device to 165-180°F, place the sachet in the water. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
- Stovetop: - Bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium once it starts simmering. Place the bag in the water for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook your pasta (100-125g) beforehand and drain it well to avoid diluting the sauce.
After thoroughly heating your sauce, pour it into a pan over medium heat and then toss the pasta in it. Heat through and stir until smooth. Enjoy!

Nous avons essayé le brisket. C'est divin!
J'ai eu le plaisir de partager le "plateau découvertes" avec extra mac & cheese, c'est véritablement un délice, absolument tout était excellent. En plus, il est possible d'acheter sous vide.
